HB Real Estate Photography offers professional real estate photography services,
including still photos, video tours, and other related media services.
The scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the commencement of the
project.
2. Booking and Scheduling
All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions that affect the shoot, the photographer will
decide whether to proceed or reschedule the session.
3. Property Preparation
The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is prepared prior to the photoshoot,
following the guidelines outlined in the provided Property Photoshoot Preparation SOP.
The photographer will not move or rearrange heavy furniture. Any required adjustments
should be made by the client in advance.
4. Ownership of Content
All photos, videos, and other media captured during the shoot are the property of HB Reel
Estate Photography.
HB Reel Estate Photography grants the client a license to use the delivered content for
marketing, advertising, and listing purposes. The client may not sell or distribute the media
for any other purposes without explicit permission.
5. Delivery of Media
Photos will be delivered within 24 hours after the shoot.
Videos will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot, depending on the complexity
and scope of the project.
Content will be delivered in digital format via email, file-sharing services, or other agreedupon methods.
6. Payment Terms
100% of the total fee is required upon final delivery of the photos and/or videos.
Late payments may incur additional charges or delays in future services.
7. Rights of Usage
The client may use the photos and videos for online listings, brochures, and other forms of
real estate marketing. Credit to HB Reel Estate Photography is appreciated but not
mandatory.
HB Reel Estate Photography retains the right to use the photos and videos for its portfolio,
marketing, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Revisions and Adjustments
Minor editing requests are included in the service, but extensive changes may incur
additional fees. Any editing requests must be made within 5 business days of media
delivery
9. Limitations of Liability
HB Reel Estate Photography will not be held liable for any damages or loss of property
during the photoshoot.
In the event of technical failures, equipment damage, or other unforeseen issues that
prevent the completion of the project, HB Reel Estate Photography will reschedule the
shoot at no additional cost.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
If the client cancels the shoot within 24 hours of the appointment or fails to prepare the
property according to the provided guidelines, HB Reel Estate Photography reserves the
right to retain the deposit.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the artistic style of the photos or
videos after delivery. However, the client may request adjustments within the terms
mentioned in the revision policy.
11. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property at the scheduled time of the
shoot. If the photographer cannot gain access, additional charges may apply for
rescheduling.
The client must communicate any special requests or instructions before the photoshoot
begins.
12. Confidentiality and Privacy
HB Reel Estate Photography respects the confidentiality of its clients and will not share any
personal or sensitive information without consent. However, media captured during the
session may be used for marketing and portfolio purposes as per the usage rights outlined.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. By booking a photoshoot
with HB Reel Estate Photography, the client agrees to comply with these terms.
